We are currently looking for a Sous Chef at our location in the Kihei area! We''re seeking someone with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
REQUIREMENTS
3
years of current Upscale Restaurant Sous Chef experience
High Volume Background; must have Sous Chef experience in restaurants exceeding $2.5 million in sales per year
Must have from-scratch cooking experience
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing Back of the House staff
Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene
