IRD servers are responsible for shaping the guests' dining experience through passion, style and personal spirit. Servers will provide insights based on intimate menu knowledge and the desire to ensure complete guest fulfillment as it relates to the dining experience. Service will be thoughtful and unobtrusive, yet focused and efficient.

Qualifications:
Fun and articulate person with a great sense of humor and attitude
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
Experience in food and beverage service
Ability to engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience of a guest by your style and service attributes
Refined verbal communication skills.
Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
Must have fulltime availability, and, be able to work on weekends and holidays
