This is a hands-on F/T position.
Candidates must have excellent communication/interpersonal skills, be proactive and demonstrate hands-on knowledge/experience with landscaping, building and general property maintenance.
Should also have organizational skills, administrative skills and ability to manage staff/vendors and budgets.
Should have some computer experience.
