Sales Associate
The Sales Associate's main duty is to provide excellent customer service, as well as supporting management as necessary.
This position includes the following responsibilities, which are subject to the discretion of the Store Manager Greet customers and respond to questions in a hospitable and efficient manner Remain knowledgeable about merchandise, sales, promotions and store policy Provide styling recommendations based on customer's stated preferences, needs and desires Operate the POS to include cash handling, credit card processing, opening and closing of the register, refunds, returns, exchanges and transfers Follow up with customer requests Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing Attend store meetings and one on one check ins with the manager Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (full-time employees only) 401K matching and 1000 hours 50% store discount for employee only (this does not include family and friends) Monthly store bonus based on hours worked when goals are reached Sign up to get the latest info on new releases and more#J-18808-Ljbffr Recommended Skills Business Development Customer Service Stock Merchandise Operate Cash Register Sales Management Demos Apply to this job.
