This position requires the following but not limited to responsibilities Must be friendly and have great customer service skills to handle Guest/Owner/Agent/Vendor challenges Familiar with Resort Data Processing Software is a plus Monthly Billing of Guest Fees, accounts receivable including collections Processing invoices for Manager approval Check in/out guest staying at the property Receive packages and contact owner/ resident/ guest/ agent to arrange pickup Respond to owner/ resident/ guest/ agent/ vendor questions.
Give direction and respond to maintenance issues Assist the AOAO office with posting information to the owner website On-site posting of notices Communicate property updates with owner/ resident/ guest/ agent/ vendor Track homeowners insurance policies Maintain Petty Cash Assist all Owner/Resident/Guest/Agent/Vendor that stop at the front desk Assist with Reservations Answer and direct all phone calls to appropriate departments Update Owner/Resident/Guest/Agent/Vendor information Must have knowledge on Microsoft Office Availability to work on weekends Job Type:
