Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual - Provide accurate information to property owners regarding services and events - Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry - Manage office supplies and maintain inventory - Coordinate appointments and meetings - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role required - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Experience with QuickBooks is a bonus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Professional appearance and demeanor Note:
