Laundry and Housekeeping for Private Estate (Kihei, HI) - Now Hiring

Private family estate in Kihei, Hawaii is looking for a full-time laundry and housekeeper.
This person will assist in the overall management of the estate but will have a strong emphasis on laundry and housekeeping.
The laundress/housekeeper will directly report to the House Manager and must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Overall Key Accountabilities (including but not limited to the following):
Housekeeping:
o Ensuring that all household spaces are maintained at the highest cleanliness levels and that all housekeeping tasks are performed as needed.
o Ensure specific zones that have been identified are cleaned where third-party vendors are not permitted.
o Management/participation of third-party housekeepers and vendors permitted in the home (currently Tuesdays and Fridays).
o Ensuring all stocking levels of consumables are adequate and replaced when appropriate.
o Ensuring maintenance of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products; ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products.
o Cleans and washes items specified by the homeowner (pots, pans, dishware, etc.
).
Laundry:
o Daily operations of in-residence laundry.
o Upkeep of wardrobe and linens, steaming, ironing, and avoiding shrinkage.
o Ensuring all garments received for laundry service are inspected and any stains or prior damage to a garment are noted before processing, in accordance with the owner's needs, and ensuring all garments are timely returned.
o Returning items to original location or specified areas.
General / Administrative:
o Help with improvements for better service standards with a general theme of anticipating the owner's needs and organization.
o Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
o Working quickly without compromising quality.
o Inspecting for and immediately notifying and addressing any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
o Implementing and adhering strictly to rules regarding health and safety and ensuring compliance with all company policies and practices.
o Always conducting oneself in a professional manner.
o Adhering to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations, procedures, and policies.
o Passing any owner feedback accordingly.
o Assisting with errands asked by homeowner, guests, or team.
o Assisting with groceries and supplies.
o Supporting the administrative operation of the property and the homeowners.
Requirements:
o Have experience working in a luxury home, hotel, or luxury yachto Housekeeping/Laundry:

Expected shift and hours:
Primarily day shift and 40hrs per week.
