Summary:
We are looking for an experienced executive assistant to provide administrative and accounting support to our property management team.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as experience with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
Experience with property management systems such as Yardi, Appfolio and/or Buildium a plus.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the property management team, including scheduling appointments, managing email and phone calls, and preparing presentations.
Handle accounting tasks, such as processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
Maintain filing systems and records.
Other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
3
years of experience as an executive assistant, bookkeeper, accountant, or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
Experience with property management systems such as Yardi, Appfolio and/or Buildium a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
