A well-established and busy company specializing in tile cleaning and restoration seeks a qualified CLEANING & RESTORATION MANAGER to handle the cleaning and restoration of tiles in high-end residences and hotels.
Your responsibilities will include operating an electric floor machine and performing various tasks such as grout cleaning, grout repairs, some tile replacements, and furniture movement.
We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and presents a clean-cut appearance.
Physical strength is required, as the job may involve regularly lifting up to 70 lbs.
Your workday will begin at our Central Maui Base Yard site, then you will drive a company-provided cleaning vehicle to the designated site.
At the end of the work day, you will return the vehicle to the Base Yard site.
Additionally, you will be supported by an assistant during most work days.
The position requires consistent availability from Monday to Friday, with occasional (never mandatory) work on Saturdays.
While experience is preferred, we encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
