Office Manager As Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of our spa.
You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating appointments, and creating a welcoming and organized atmosphere for both clients and staff.
Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Client services:
Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Handle phone inquiries and effectively schedule spa services for clients.
Deliver outstanding customer service to both current and potential clients.
Maintain spa standards to ensure a delightful experience for every guest.
Engage in retail sales to assist clients in finding the perfect spa products.
Collaborate with our team to support a harmonious and uplifting work environment.
Administrative tasks:
Ensure that appointment schedules are optimized, and therapists' schedules are efficiently allocated.
Maintain and update client records and spa databases.
Handle payment processing, including cash, credit cards, and gift certificates.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Work directly with owner as needed Office organization Keep the reception area, waiting room, and back of Spa organized and tidy.
Ensure a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients.
Maintain a ready supply of linens and towels (we do all our laundry in-house).

Qualifications:
Passion for the spa lifestyle and a genuine enthusiasm for promoting wellness.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to take initiative and think pro-actively.
Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic office software Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to the dynamic needs of the spa.
Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating a welcoming and peaceful environment.
Experience in managing and motivating a small team is preferred.

Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
At least 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred).
Work Location:
In person at our spa.
