Registration and Tracking Specialist:
Support registration and tracking of disaster survivors at MC/EA sites utilizing common/shared systems with the Agency Having Jurisdiction.
Human Service Assessment / Recovery Support Task Force Leader:
Provides direct supervision to assigned personnel conducting human impact and human services needs assessments, and disaster case management.
Human Services Recovery Support Specialist:
assists emergency management agencies with claims for human services assistance Group Support - Operations:
This role sets objectives, tracks, and provides logistical support to Task Force Leaders and Field Personnel.
Group Support - Plans:
This role acts as the planning section maintaining the planning cycle, and related documentation.
Group Support - Finance and Procurement:
This role provides operational financial tracking and procurement for field operations.
This role also liaises with appropriate state agencies to share financial data and procedures.
Group Support - Interagency Liaison:
This role acts as an agency representative to associated county and state agencies and EOC's.
Responsibilities, Duties, and Competencies to include, as applicable:
Ability to respond promptly to directions given.
Detail oriented with ability to provide and direct survivors to available information.
Ability to communicate clearly in an empathetic manner and be respectful of those impacted.
Experience in customer service.
Ensure all required documents and processes are completed and followed.
Preferred experience in disaster recovery, housing, or sheltering.
Ability to perform required skills in exercises and/or actual incidents as required.
Preferred experienced with technology tools and possess effective communication skills.
Must be comfortable working in ambiguous environments:
Disaster Recovery Centers, EOC, field offices, etc.
Ability to adapt and respond in an appropriate professional manner to changes in operations, and to other duties and tasks assigned.
Must possess the ability to clearly understand and action directives in a dynamic environment to ensure success of the mission assignment.
Complete required ongoing training.
Education and
Experience:
High School Diploma.
Experience in managing people, processes, and ensuring established protocols are adhered to for supervisory roles.

12 hour shift Work Location:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
