Create a unique shopping experience for clients while building long lasting relationships to ensure continued sales opportunities.
Offer styling suggestions, enhance purchases and give great customer service during and after each sale to meet store targets and company expectations.
Work in an established team environment to achieve store sale and KPI goals.
Responsibilities:
Store Operations:
Store appearance and cleanliness Upkeep company merchandising standard on floor, windows, mannequins and table displays.
On floor inventory replenishment Stock room organization POS:
Complete knowledge of Point of Sale system Client information capturing and utilizing CRM system General Store Operations:
Learn new collections and styling techniques to enhance sales and meet store target Client creation and retention Client relationship building and sales follow-through Solving client issues Become an active member of the community as to be a brand ambassador outside of the store.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of three years in Luxury Retail Sales Computer and virtual literate (excel, word, email) Excellent verbal and written communication What you can expect - a team driven sales environment with a lucrative commission structure and a generous employee discount!
