The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for a Cook III to join the Culinary Team in the Humuhumu!Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets.
This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

Union Position Want to learn more? Hotel Website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTubeWhat will I be doing? Responsible for maintaining and setting up food production station and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasonings and all other food items prepared on the hot line.
Work multiple kitchen functions to include grill, saut, and pantry stations on the line.
Responsible for maintaining quality of food prepared on the line.
Create appealing plate designs and maintains the quality of presentation for all food items.
