Technical Skills Adept working in a cloud-based environment using Office365, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and Google Workspace Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat Able to generate web content in WordPress and working knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus Experience with data management software Professional Skills Polished and effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to adapt and problem-solve in fast-paced situations Skilled collaborator able to work independently and as an effective team member Keen attention to detail and ability to see the big picture Responsibilities of the Position This high-energy position performs conference and event related duties including:
Providing administrative assistance to project team members in the planning and execution of conferences, workshops, and events Utilizing data management software and tools to facilitate various aspects of the planning process Tracking project tasks, milestones, and deadlines to ensure tasks are completed on schedule Handling correspondence, emails, and communication within the team and with external stakeholders Collaborating with venue staff to ensure logistical details are in place, such as room setups, audiovisual equipment, and catering services Assisting with conference speakers and presenters, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and communication Providing on-site conference support, including registration check-in, attendee assistance, and troubleshooting issues To Apply:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
