& Pool/Spa/BBQ Cleaner Kihei Location An Association of Apartment Owners in Kihei is seeking a Part Time Administrative Asst.
& Pool/Spa/BBQ Cleaner Duties Administrative:
You will support the Site Manager with administrative duties such as answering phones and assisting owners/residents.
Order supplies, filing, process invoices and assist with maintaining the data bases for different registrations, policies and procedures.
Assist in coordination of special projects.
Support Board of Directors.
Other Duties as assigned.
Duties Pool/Spa/BBQ:
Cleans Saltwater Pool & Spa; Cleans and Turns on Gas BBQ's (Sat/Sun) Drive Maintenance Carts as needed Essential Duties:
Provides office presence in the absence of the Site Manager Skills:
People Skills - Professional, Polite, and Attentive Organized and Multitasker - Accurate Must Be Certified Pool and Spa Operator Course within 30 days of start date.
Association will pay for online training (Class and Employee Hours) MS Office and Webmail MailChimp Amazon for Placing Needed Material and Supply Orders Part Time under 20 hours per week including weekends.
