The Guest

Center Host is an essential member of the hotel team. The host is responsible for ensuring that all guest related calls are handled in a professional and expeditious manner. The host will take spa and restaurant reservations for the resort's facilities and dispatching all guest requests to the appropriate hotel department. The GSC host will support the Revenue hosts and activity partners in all guest related communications. The GSC will be responsible for the daily communication with the hotel on VIP arrivals, special requests, and daily activities.
