The Front Office Manager is responsible for directing and mentoring a team to provide a memorable and inspiring experience for our guests. Their primary responsibility is to ensure a smooth arrival and thoughtful departure for all guests. Working with the guest
services
teams, the Front Office Manager will oversee a team of Resort Hosts dedicated to providing a seamless and barrier free experience. The Front Office Manager will review daily arrivals, guest requests and room blocking and coordinate those needs with all other operations departments.

## Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
4 years or more of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience (typically with Hyatt)
With opening hotels, previous hotel pre-opening experience preferred
Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
At least 2 years progressive management experience within the Rooms Division of a hotel
Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line
Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
