A minimum of a M.S. with 5 or more years industrial experience in Plant Breeding, Crop Science, AG-Engineering or related fields. PhD candidates will be considered as well
Proven experience in evaluation and validation of effectiveness of process improvement
Experience in conducting feasibility studies, project preparation, cost estimation, design and selection of equipment, as well as technical supervision of field, greenhouse, and seed processing operations
Support and manage the implementation of optimization projects
computer
proficiency in Windows based programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and with statistical packages (R, SAS, etc.)
Work independently and as part of a team as well as have the ability to build strong relationships and networks with Monsanto managers, peers, and other support groups to optimize process workflows and assist in achieving team's business goals.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
