ArdentMC is a software development firm, focused on high-value/ high-technology solutions for government and invites you to join our dynamic organization serving federal clients from the US Department of Homeland Security, to the Department of Defense.
Looking for an independently operating, part-time cleaner for a commercial office space in Kihei. This person would also need to be on-call to clean our corporate apartment in N. Kihei (approximately once a month - will coordinate time and date with cleaner 2 weeks before cleaning needed).
Must be able to pass a background check and work early morning hours between 2:00 AM and 7:00 AM (2-3 hours a day, Monday through Saturday for the office, and flexible hours for corporate apartment).
Daily cleaning duties for office space include but are not limited to:
Vacuuming/sweeping/mopping floors
Empty Trash
Wipe down desks & polishing conference room tables
Dusting
Windexing glass doors and windows
Cleaning kitchen/Refrigerator
Monthly cleaning duties may require additional hours.
Cleaning duties for corporate apartment include but are not limited to:
Laundering sheets and towels
Run dishwasher and put away all dishes/glassware
Clean bathrooms
Sweep & Mop floors
Clean kitchenEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
