Required Skills:
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license.
A minimum of 3 years of facility maintenance, construction, or related field.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of safe tool use and shop practices.
Knowledge of record keeping for vehicle and equipment maintenance and repair required by OSHA.
Shows initiative and is proactive with great attention to detail.
Able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team with a variety of partners.

Desired Experience/Education:
A certification or degree in electrical maintenance, construction, or similar field and/or a certification or degree in a similar field.
Experience in wiring and running electrical conduits for equipment.
Experience with the operation of forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift.
Knowledge of Electrical Safety Standards including local, state, and federal requirements or have the ability to obtain the knowledge.
Experience in rough carpentry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar programs to facilitate maintenance record keeping.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
