Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of Agile Development efforts, including user story production, backlog maintenance, facilitation of scrum planning and review sessions, and coordination of daily stand up meetings
Interface with High Level Government and Contractor Product Owner representatives
Facilitate integration of Agile Development schedule into critical Master Planning
Resource planning and assessment within a matrixed environment
Work to improve corporate software development best practices
Provide reporting and feedback to ArdentMC leadership as needed
Qualifications/Education:
ArdentMC Scrum Masters bring a minimum of four years of experience managing Agile-based development for complex IT initiatives. Candidates should have experience working as part of a matrixed team of experienced, technical personnel, and be used to delivering success in high-visibility projects. Applicants should have an in depth understanding of PMBOK best practices and Agile Development methodologies, and possess certifications or equivalent experience in each.
Specific Qualifications Include:
Minimum of a Bachelor'sEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
