The Topographic Feature Data Management (TFDM) program provides topographic feature data management services across the National System for Geospatial-lntelligence (NSG).
This position supports all software and data configuration management activities as defined by the Configuration Management Plan.
Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for data management and software configuration management for the TFDM software development and operations and maintenance effort.
Maintains Configuration Management Plan
Establishes/maintains program's Configuration Items (CI's)
Assists with identifying and tracking documentation CI gaps to closure
Facilitates Engineering Review Board and Configuration Control Board
Maintains Remedy tickets on customer network
Develops the Version Description Document for each release
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with 6 or more years of experience
Experience in configuration identification, including establishing baselines; Configuration Control; Configuration Status Accounting; and Physical Configuration Audits;
Experience with a CM tool such as Subversion or ClearCase
Experience with change orderEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
