The owner will be moving into the home no sooner than February 2025. The home will be available mid April or early May. Pets are considered. There is an attached occupied 1 br/1 ba Ohana (1 renter) with a separate entrance, parking space and electric. The only shared utility is water so the renter will get a $50 credit. There is a very large yard not shared with the the Ohana renter. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom and bathroom are upstairs while the 3rd bedroom is downstairs near the garage. Rent is $5000 (the $50 credit will make the rent $4950). The house has 2 split system AC Units (one is older and one newer) in the kitchen/living room area. 2 bedrooms have window AC units. There are 15 solar panels to assist with reducing electric bills. There is some minor floor damage in the between the master bedroom and entrance to the master bath which will not be repaired. I can send pictures upon request. Interested parties must pay $50 for a background check and submit proof of income. *Not all furniture in pics apply. Only 2 beds and the outdoor furniture is included. All kitchen appliances and laundry are included. Currently occupied. Any showings will have to be coordinated with renters.
